Members can subsidize their education through ASME’s financial aid & scholarships for members. Over the past 29 years, ASME has provided over $2MM in support to over 850 students. ASME considers a scholarship to be a grant made to a student to enable or assist the student in pursuing an educational program in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology at the undergraduate or graduate level. We focus on enabling a diverse cross-section of top humanitarian-involved students to become fully educated and equipped young mechanical engineers for the benefit of humankind.
